How to do the Flamingo
1. Take your stance
2. Balance on your front foot (use your back foot's toes to help keep you balanced)
This keeps your weight forward and balanced, you can't do too much rocking around or you will fall over.
3.Have some practice swings in this stance, swinging back and forth rocking those shoulders
4. Remember: don't break your wrists
5. Add a ball in once you feel comfortable and try some chip shots!
